SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refund and Exchange policy

ArtRevolution asks that you choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide refunds if you change your mind. All personalised artwork is proofed to the customer for sign off approval. No refunds can be given once personalised artworks have been approved and produced. Non personalised artworks or products may be exchanged for goods of similar value provided they are in ‘as sold’ condition, accompanied by the original purchase receipt and are returned within 14 days of the original purchase (at the customer’s expense). In all other instances ArtRevolution will meet its obligations under the consumer guarantees act.

Products that we sell

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice, for any reason. However for various reasons, that product might still appear on our website.

All product prices stated on this website are inclusive of New Zealand goods and services tax.

Displayed pricing applies to New Zealand resident customers (NZD).

We will endeavour to ensure that information provided through this website is accurate and current. However we cannot, and do not, represent or warrant the accuracy, adequacy, completeness of information on this website or that it is up to date. For example (but without limitation):

It is also not intended to exclude liability arising under statute if, and to the extent that, such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Except for liability for personal injury (including sickness and death), we do not accept liability for any damages (including special, indirect or consequential loss or damage), whether in an action in contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with your access to this website or any goods or services that you purchase from us.
