We take care to package the artwork to ensure it is well protected while in transit. It is wrapped with acid free tissue paper, followed by bubble wrap, and then placed inside a twin cushion corrugated box. It is delivered via courier to your door.
Because each order is specifically produced please allow approximately 8-12 working days for your artwork to arrive from confirmation of your payment. While we endeavour to deliver all artworks within this time frame, we cannot always guarantee a delivery date. If you have a specific time frame you require the artwork in please notify us when you place your order and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.
Overseas delivery incurs extra shipping charges. Shipping costs will depend on where you are and the size of your order. Please e-mail us for a quote.
The stretched artworks are quite large in size and they do add up to be a large volumetric weight which makes them very costly to ship overseas. While we do take the utmost care in packaging the stretched canvases, they are very fragile and any overseas travel requires more steps and handling where the item might get damaged as a large stretched canvas.
Therefore for all overseas orders we suggest the artwork is purchased as a un-stretched canvas artwork and you consider one of the following options:
All un-stretched canvases with & without banner ends are wrapped in tissue paper and sent rolled in a tube. This is by far the safest way to transport the artwork overseas.
